Will Instagram ban our accounts?
Caption variants and staggered post timing avoid duplicate-detection heuristics. Instagram requires Business or Creator accounts for API posting — Personal accounts aren't supported by Meta (free to convert in the IG app, takes 2 taps).
Does my creator have to approve every post?
Not required. You preview every reel before it publishes and can cancel with a full refund any time before go-live. Creator-facing approval flow is on the roadmap for agencies that need it.
What if a generation fails or gets refused?
Automatic credit refund. Same for a scheduled post you cancel before it fires. You only ever pay for work that actually shipped.
Subscription or pay-as-you-go?
Credits only. No subscription, no minimum commit, no auto-renewal. Credits don't expire. Top up when you need more.
What content is allowed?
Bikini, lingerie, suggestive poses, revealing wardrobe — all go through. Explicit nudity and sexually explicit content aren't supported (social platform policy, not ours). Generate first, post to where it fits.
Where do face photos live?
Encrypted on Cloudflare R2. Reference photos are tied to the creator you uploaded them for. Deletable any time from the Creators page — permanent, no soft-delete.
Instagram and TikTok in the same post?
Yes. One compose step, multiple accounts across both platforms. Each account gets its own caption variant so platforms don't flag you for duplicate content.
How long does a reel take?
6–15 minutes end-to-end for a full reel. Remix edits land in 10–30 seconds. Our generation engine matches the quality agencies pay $2–3 per reel for elsewhere — bundled into our flat per-second rate.
